Shuttle 4800 the $299 mini desktop

KPC has announced their brand new mini desktop, the Shuttle 4800, which looks as spicy as its specs. A step up from the original KPC 4500, the new Shuttle promises an optical drive and dual-monitor support. It runs Foresight Linux, but has an option to upgrade to 32-bit Windows Vista. However to complete the package, you will need to invest separately in a monitor, speakers, keyboard, mouse, and other necessary computing paraphernalia.

KPC Shuttle 4800 mini desktop Linux version starts at $279; the Vista machine at $479.
